NB Talent was founded in 2021 by Nikki Brandt, a self-proclaimed people connector and insurance nerd. After more than a decade in various insurance roles and being on the receiving end of countless cringe-worthy recruiter reach outs, Nikki saw the flaws in talent recruitment in her industry.
Having experienced roles on both the agency and carrier sides, Nikki gets it. Her colleagues have jokingly referred to her as a “professional networker”. She leverages her industry knowledge, extensive network, and her relationship-first attitude to connect employers with their ideal candidates.
